Contacting seller on order issue

Let us look how you contact a seller when you have an issue with your order.

Follow the steps below to contact the seller:

  1. Log into your account and go to the orders page. You can use this link.
  2. On the orders listing, to the right of each order, you will see a button called “Support”.
  3. Click on the button for the respective order that you want to inquire about.
  4. A form will pop-up, titled “support ticket”.
  5. Fill in the required details, in the respective sections, selecting from the drop-down where applicable.
  6. Once you are done with filling the details, just click on submit. Your inquiry will immediately be sent to the seller.
  7. To check the status of your inquiry, or get the feedback, Click the “Support Tickets” item on the left hand side menu items in your dashboard
  8. This will open all your support tickets. To view a particular ticket and the responses thereon, click the “view” button to the right of the respective support ticket.
